The forecast warm night didn't materialize, instead the skies cleared and temperatures fell leading to a much quieter night than I'd hoped for. It was saved by the appearance of my first Marbled White Spot - an apparently common moth in VC31 but one that has eluded me until now. Two other moths were new for the year.
